How It Works

Each service has its own intake path. We collect the right information first, review it promptly, and then provide a private scheduling link for the correct kickoff or discovery call.

01

Purchase or Request a Scope Review

All paid services are paid upfront unless a service is expressly identified as free or inquiry-first. After purchase, GovCon Search and Capabilities Statement clients proceed directly to intake. Proposal clients submit the solicitation and required information so we can review the project against our published criteria.

02

Complete the Service-Specific Intake

After purchase, clients receive an immediate link to the correct questionnaire and required-document checklist. Most intakes should take approximately 15–30 minutes once the information is available. Proposal timing is established individually because government response windows vary.

Fast Review We review a completed intake within one business day. Urgent proposal requests are reviewed against the actual deadline and our available capacity before we promise a turnaround.
One Clear Missing-Items Request If anything is incomplete, we send one organized list so the client can respond efficiently instead of chasing scattered emails.
03

Schedule the Right Call

Once the intake is complete and accepted, we send a private calendar link for the appropriate onboarding or discovery appointment. The calendar is not public and is not released before review.

04

Confirm Scope and Start

We confirm responsibilities, deliverables, timing, and any remaining materials. For customized projects, M & M then sends the separate written notice stating the exact date, time, and time zone when work is scheduled to begin.

05

Perform and Deliver

We perform the purchased service under its written scope. Proposal clients always review, approve, sign, and submit their own government responses.

Got Questions?

How long does a proposal take?

The standard proposal schedule requires at least 5 business days after we receive the complete solicitation, intake information, and required client materials. When capacity permits, 3–4 business-day work carries a 25% rush fee and 1–2 business-day work carries a 50% rush fee. Extremely short deadlines may be declined. The final schedule is confirmed in writing before work begins.

What information do I need to provide?

We need the complete solicitation and attachments, known amendments, your company background, truthful technical details, client-approved pricing, relevant past performance, resumes, licenses, and certifications applicable to the response. We help organize the material, but the client must supply and approve the facts.

What if I don't win the contract?

No proposal writer can guarantee an award, a compliance determination, or an evaluation score. We provide structured drafting, a requirements matrix, professional formatting, and a submission-readiness review based on the materials supplied. The agency makes the evaluation and award decision.

Do you work with any industry or business type?

For now, this package is limited to established field-service companies that intend to serve as the prime contractor and perform the work with their own employees, crews, equipment, and operational capability. We review the solicitation and the company's readiness before accepting the engagement.

How does payment work?

Proposal work starts at $1,499 and is paid in full upfront. The purchase price is based on the published drafted-page scope and any applicable rush fee. After payment, we review the solicitation against our published service criteria. If we cannot accept the project, we refund the proposal payment in full.

Are Capabilities Statement and proposal payments refundable?

Capabilities Statement payments are non-refundable once submitted because the purchase immediately reserves production time. Proposal services are paid upfront and reviewed after purchase. If we cannot accept a proposal project, we refund the payment in full. If we accept it, we send a written acceptance email and the payment becomes non-refundable when that email is sent. A cancellation received before acceptance qualifies for a full refund based on the timestamp when M & M received it.

Who monitors amendments and submits the proposal?

The client does. The client must monitor the official solicitation source and promptly send us every amendment, addendum, agency Q&A, revised attachment, deadline change, and notice. Late changes may affect the price, schedule, or work we can responsibly complete. M & M never submits proposals, signs certifications, or makes representations on a client's behalf.

Do you charge for SAM.gov registration help?

No. SAM.gov registration is free, and M & M is developing a free step-by-step video and illustrated companion guide to help businesses complete their own registration. Clients must control their own Login.gov credentials, multi-factor authentication, banking information, representations, certifications, and submission. Until our guide is released, use the official resources at SAM.gov or contact an APEX Accelerator for free assistance.

Can you create a custom combination of services?

Possibly. We can combine approved services within our current capabilities after reviewing your needs. Every custom engagement receives a written scope, price, responsibilities, exclusions, deliverables, and timeline. Custom service does not include Sources Sought or RFI responses, complex proposals, proposal submission, or work outside our stated boundaries.

How is this different from automated bid-alert software?

Most software gives you database access and leaves your team to configure searches, sort through alerts, interpret notices, and remove weak matches. M & M performs the search and human relevance review for you, then delivers organized opportunities with official links, deadlines, and fit notes. You still make the final bid/no-bid decision.

Will I receive opportunities every business day?

You receive up to one Essentials email or two Expanded emails each federal business day when qualifying opportunities are identified. We will not pad a report with weak matches simply to meet an email quota.

Can you search portals that require a login?

Expanded clients may include login-required portals they already use when they authorize access and the portal's rules permit it. The client remains responsible for valid credentials, multi-factor authentication, eligibility, and account permissions. Restricted vehicle portals are available only to eligible contract holders.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

The initial monthly subscription payment is refundable when cancellation is requested within 72 hours; the initial annual subscription payment is refundable when requested within 7 calendar days. The separate one-time onboarding fee, $297 for Essentials or $497 for Expanded, is non-refundable once paid. After the applicable subscription-refund window, the subscription payment is non-refundable, service continues through the paid term, and automatic renewal is turned off.
